Former Homeland Security attorney exposes shrewd maneuver
Did Barack Obama win re-election by violating the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act?
This is the question posed by former Homeland Security attorney Stewart Baker, a blogger for The Volokh Conspiracy, a group blog organized by Eugene Volokh, a professor of American law at the UCLA School of Law.
Bakers credentials make the question a serious one.
A partner in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, he returned to private law practice after serving for three and a half years as the assistant secretary for policy at the Department of Homeland Security, where he created and managed the 250-person DHS Policy Directorate responsible, among other duties, for relationships with law enforcement and public advisory committees.

I would prefer a much shorter list:
What laws did Obama NOT break to win re-election?

Turnout was the key to victory in 2012, Corsi pointed out. Approximately 6.7 million fewer white voters voted in 2012 than voted in 2008. Romney got 59 percent of the white vote. The white voters who stayed home were the conservatives.Go figure. They abandoned us; we abandoned them.
Had Romney gotten the same numbers of white voters to the polls as McCain got in 2008, Romney could well have been president.
If Romney had been elected, it would have been better than a President McCain... but not much better.

The question is, has Obama ever done anything that wasn’t breaking the law
To: Cheerio
He did in Indiana the first time he ran - he should have never been allowe don the ticket in the first place - Hillary was the choice for 2008...not Obama - but no one brought this up - the Obama Administration is in existence due to fraud! It should not LEGALLY exist...those responsible are being tried and charged...why not bring this up and say, “Sorry, Obama - it was fraud and the rules are the rules - get out!”
I hate the press corp and the politicians that allowed this to go on! Cheeky Bastards!

That’s pretty much how’s he’s ruling as well -
so what if the other branches are “checking” what we want to do, we’ll do it anyway and dare them to say anything.

And if he did? Sorry, you’ll have to excuse my cynicism, but not one thing is going to happen to Obama. He truly is above the law...and he KNOWS it!
