A Microsoft program manager accused of sexually assaulting another worker on the corporation's Redmond campus has been charged with rape.

King County prosecutors contend that Vineet Kumar Srivastava raped a cleaning worker after luring her into his office on July 22. Srivastava, 36, is alleged to have told police that the woman forced him to have sex with her.

I am finding that a lot of H1B visa immigrants with doctorates print their diplomas in rubber-stamp factories. One “doctor” almost killed me before I wised up and saved my own life. In the tech field, I have a number with varying “Experts” with certifications that can’t spell “Certifications”. All they know is how to dial 1-800-DoM-yJob ext: 4ME

What the Foggy Bottom Intellectuals won’t tell you is they know the Ponzi Schemes are about to implode because of the masses due to retire in the next 10 years, those on assistance and disability.

The Only way they can kick the can down the road without a collapse is to import 30-40 million workers, legalize them and tax the shit out of them to keep us afloat.

What they refuse to admit is that 3/4 of them (imported workers) are no or low skilled workers who will use more government funds to support than they will pay in.

The difference being a shift from federal handouts to state handouts. So the state Governments will suffer and not as much so for the Feds.

And your Congresscritters get re-elected with all the freeloaders wanting more free stuff.

Imagine what the local school districts, local hospitals, police, State Prisons, cities etc. will have to deal with if they allow Scamnasty. Look at any Major City in the Deep South West to see what is coming to every City in America soon!

I like Larry Kudlow, but for the life of me I cannot understand why increasing the number of unskilled workers into this economy would be good for economic growth and job growth.

I started not liking him years ago because he sucks up to whoever is in power.

That is why they jump from job to job. They work a year and about the time you find out they suck they move on and fool someone else for a year.

PhD from India = 60,000

Import those willing to do the job that Americans have been laid off for. Americans built America; yet, now we need 'imports' to program according to bill gates.

MS made by India.

He’s probably got a decent defense if Microsoft didn’t send him to the “Don’t Rape the Cleaning Personnel” class.

I like Larry Kudlow

Time to get over that, just like it was once for Ted Baxter.

I cannot understand why increasing the number of unskilled workers into this economy would be good for economic growth and job growth.

That's because it he's wrong. It wouldn't be.

A lot of big businesses that rely on unskilled labor are only focused on short-term profits. I see it in Texas a lot - the largest political donors in Texas are homebuilders and they are reliant upon unskilled labor. They fight anything that works against illegal immigrants, and for them illegal immigrants, or amnesty, means that the labor market can be flooded and wages depressed, which means more profit for them.

They don't care about screwing the economy up over the long term - that will be somebody else's mess to fix.

There were leaks during the ‘90s about how M$ in Redmond was a house of games. One reported that a woman walked up to his desk in her miniskirt, lifted her leg and put her high heel on his desk before talking to him. It was the last straw for him. He left.

I learned to develop with assembly and C++. But after a long string of temp jobs and what I saw in many of the offices of various large corporations, they can KMA. The skills will be put to work in my own projects, when time allows. Same with my younger folks (several languages each). They’ll work cheap, until they have more time to work on their own packages.

Our nation is morally bankrupt.

A “manager” is a fairly high position in MS. It would be relevant to find out more about this guy’s history there.

If the resume posted by “vox” is correct, it appears this man was an Infosys contract project manager for Microsoft, not a full time employee.

Infosys is an Indian corporation headquartered in Bangalore.

According to the Department of Labor, Infosys is the second largest provider of H1B’s in the USA, with almost 50,000 employees.
