In a 20-page opinion released Monday, U.S. District Court Judge William T. Moore Jr. tossed out race discrimination claims made by former Savannah restaurant manager Lisa Jackson against celebrity chef Paula Deen and her brother, Bubba Hiers. According to the Moore, Jackson, who is white, was at best, an accidental victim of the alleged racial discrimination. This inconvenient reality will matter little to the civil rights lynch mob and their media enablers who have dedicated themselves to destroying Deens career. A USA Today story announcing Deens victory exemplifies the success of that effort. It was entitled, Experts: Paula Deen is done despite legal win.
In testimony, Deen admitted using the n-word over a quarter-century ago in a private conversation with her husband, following an armed robbery. When questioned further, she couldnt recall any other specific instances of usage, but admitted the possibility that she had probably used it, or tolerated its usage, in joking. But thats just not a word that we use as time has gone on, Deen said. Things have changed since the 60s in the South. And my children and my brother object to that word being used in any cruel or mean behavior. As well as I do.(continued)

The whole damn mess should never have happened. It was a public lynching. Deen lacked tact, that was her crime.
Look what Oprah has done to a simple shop worker. THAT should be a crime— just like screaming fire in a crowded theater. I’ve had enough of the foolish race games.
It has become a comical opera of sorts. A bunch of dimwits crying from something perceived but not factual. Some other dimwits talking as if this were “news” (when it’s not). Some folks doing dramatic acts for a national audience, sort of bold....maybe trying to do Richard Burton but it’s seen more as Barney Fife-type character.
Sadly, news channels are news networks anymore....they are merely entertainment vehicles. The Today Show? If you call it serious journalism....you have to be on some prescription drugs, or you ought to be in a mental institution.
Deen will never get back what she lost, but she should sue the golddigger back. I personally don’t like her show or personality, but what was done to her was sinful. And it was constantly all over the news, unlike Bengazhi or afast snd Furious. There is such a need to support the insitutional racism claim that everything is blown all out of pr oportion to reality: Deen, Trayvon, rodeo clown in Missouri. The farther they get from slavery days in years, the more they cling to it,
These nefarious events should drive Paula back into the arms of her conservative heritage. While she is not on any level a controversial person she needs to become such a passionate conservative that her true friends are ennobled by her audacity.
I was shopping the other day with my wife when a heard a man behind my back yell “Hey, there’s them Crackers!”
At the sound of those hateful words, I began to cry (just a little...). I thought to myself “How can anyone in this day and age utter the “C-word?” Aren’t we, as a people, beyond that?
I grabbed my wife and hugged her. Slowly my hurt feelings turned to anger. I said to my self “I am a man, and I have my dignity.” I would not let anyone control me and my wife with hateful words!
I turned around, sucked in my breath, and prepared to demand that the man show me respect and dignity.
Just as I was about to speak, I saw the man reaching for a box of Saltines...
The “racist” smear is such an effective weapon the leftists will keep the issue white hot as long as they can.
I think that's the whole point. They are letting people know that they can use this tactic to destroy anybody, any time, for any reason.
hahahaha! I was just about to form an unfavorable opinion of you. :p
Whew!
Never trust a skinny chef.
Still believe Paula Deen’s public lynching is due to the fact she actually told the truth and let it slip that the wookie in our WH is a fat swine who cannot stop eating. Race had nothing to do with it. Unfortunately, Paula was not near as lucky as some who faced the Wrath of Obomba’s O-bots.
Agree that her best defense would be to really blossom her conservative values...which must be there (SHE IS FROM THE SOUTH) and put her force behind someone good for this country
That was also my first thought. While it might be an absurd amount of force used to destroy a fellow lib, it would put everyone on notice. There's no such thing as bad publicity too much fear.
Mr. niteowl77
‘Sup, mah cracker?!
Now they have a rodeo clown to destroy. Don’t want anyone dissing obama.
Lisa Jackson will have an interesting resume. “Weeelll, I did work for Paula Dean. But let’s not discuss thaaaat.”
All she needed to say was it was 30 years ago . . get over it. I have. . . .
All roads lead to Rome, in that instance to not offend Obama and worship the Federal Government. MLK’s speech seemed to blame all of America when it should have been Democrates at the throat of Southern States. Why couldn’t the brother up North help the one down South secede into another state? No, freedom is a nono. Oprah and PaulaDeen-Gates makes a joke out of the Civil Rights, but it was a joke from the beginning. “Worship the Won, respect your chain of command, citizen you have been drafted to fight the war on poverty, drugs and racism. Denounce your neighbor! Make lawsuits! Make examples and create fear and doubt! All hail The Liberals! The Hitlers!”
Oprah like Hillary, in normal circles are losers, even amongst women and blacks. They hide their bottom line evil creaturedness behind a nationalistoism of the Vagina and the Black color. These people are satanist losers who were given a little credit and power and took that bone to hold on everywhere they went, because it is all they got. They found their “Cute”, a niche, and a government and powers all too happy to use such fools to entertain and persecute the rest who work. Man behind the curtains.
