Hey, is this cult those guys with the dead faces and dead eyes and dead skin, who wander through the fields at night going, Hu-uunhh, hu-uunn"?

Heck, I thought that was just the University of Texas football team on their way to play OU.

Hillary, like Obama, could get caught Drowning Kittens and it would spark a new National Pastime.

The NAOCD (National Association of Cat Drowning), a Tax Exempt Organization BTW, would be sending out a new Instructional Video, “Drowning Cats the Hillary Way”.

Unless you are living in a Van down by the River, I think you are 180 degrees off the mark. Just my Opinion as well.

If all Republican would just refer to Hillary as “the old lady”, she wouldn’t be able to win any election. Of course, we all know she’s no lady.

Well, I confess that I have a little of an Ecclesiastes attitude about this. I've said since 2008 that the problem is not Obama. The problem is an electorate that votes him in. As someone else paraphrased my remarks a few years ago: I've seen the enemy, and it is us."

The election of Obama was not a statement on obama. It was a statement on our nation. And it is why I moved from my home of 45 years, Seattle, to a small farm in central KY. Which I just expanded to 32 acres on Monday. If Hillary were to actually get elected in 2016, it would only further indict our culture and even more confirm that I did the right thing.

BTW, here is that property. The 12 acres was the first piece. We were going to build a larger house on it. We're now going to put it on the other lot. That ~4 acre grassy patch is 90' above the valley on the other side of the road. Absolutely private.

Looks great, and I’ve found KY is God’s country.

I agree with you totally about Hillary. I don’t see the masses coming out for that tired old inflated hag who only became a Senator and then Sec of State because she was married to Bill and complicit in his crimes. There is way too much dirt on her that can be dredged up, and you know there have to be at least a few really talented Democratic up-and-comers who are not happy about Hillary’s anointing. I would look for a lot more articles like the one in the NY Times profiling the Clinton foundation mismanagement and malfeasance. You know there is a lot more dirt they can dredge up after all these years, as the Clintons, in their arrogance, have always figured the rules didn’t apply to them.

The marines hated her too.

Wow, very nice. Living the good life.

BTW, I agree with your entire statement.

To be frank, I have absolutely no faith in the American Voter, even in my own extended Family. My faith is pretty much exclusive to my fellow FReepers, and there aren’t enough of us to turn the tide.

I traded it in on a Scion FR-S a couple months ago for my long daily commute on the twisties out here. I used it for scale. :-)

Precisely. I’ve put it this way: The SMART jews in mid-1930’s Germany got the he!! out. I moved here in the spirit of Revelation 18:4.

FReeper National Review? Thanks.

It ain’t comin’, it’s been here for nearly twenty years. The papers were full of the meme back when Slick was POTUS. I recall one article that consisted of elementary schoolchildren who were given the assignment by their teacher of writing letters to Slick about their concerns. One said, “give Hillary more power”.

Yep, a 70 something overweight lesbian versus Sarah Palin. It may be shallow, but we all know who would look better. Unless, of course, one is another 70 something overweight lesbian..

What stops our blowhard ‘leaders’ from being shallow dictators - in the style of most of the world - is the Constitution. Our blowhards are no different or better...

I also think she is done. In 2016 she will be too old to be taken seriously as a candidate. And if the public isn’t tired of her yet, they will be by then. Here’s what I wrote about the subject:

I moved from Orlando, FL to Lexington, KY in 2006, to take advantage of an excellent job offer. At the time, the only thing I knew about Lexington was that Henry Clay used to live there. Soon after my arrival, I was told by a local that Kentucky is God’s best-kept secret, and I’m inclined to agree.

I disagree. If she runs, the only possibility of her being defeated is if some current unknown rises within the democrat party and defeats her in the primary. If she makes it to nomination, she’ll be elected handily.

People are discounting the leftward drift of this country, engineered largely by the current push to place as many Americans as possible onto food stamps and other programs of government largesse.

Hillary’s age will be irrelevant. What I predict is numerous “conservative” women will, in 2016, jump at the chance to “be a part of history” and put her into the White House. We’re going to find ourselves highly aggravated at these women who we’ve thought were ironclad conservatives.

Identity politics and rapidly expanding government dependence are a boon to democrats.

She already IS a cult figure, constructed many years ago. For some very bizarre reason, more than half of this nation thinks she’s awash with a sea of accomplishments.

Companies spend a fortune advertising in newspapers and on radio and TV... they do that because it works. They change the minds of citizens - get them to buy their products.

Hillary's a product - and free press coverage is selling her to citizens. There's no difference. We don't know her except through the medium... It's not the people who love her - it's the press. And they'll keep at it until all the low information - low IQ types - on on board...
