Rep. James Clyburn (D-S.C.), the third-ranking House Democrat, on Wednesday accused the U.S. media of spreading "manufactured controversies" that pose dangers similar to the propaganda spread by the Nazis during the Holocaust. Speaking to Sirius XM, Clyburn accused the modern Internet-based media of misrepresenting the statements of people in order to hurt their reputations. "You have people´s words and phrases being misrepresented and looped through the news media and thrown out there on the Internet, and people run with it because these things start getting reported in the mainstream media, and before you know it, people believe that stuff," Clyburn

Is this the man who said a Tea Parier spit on him during the Obamacare early stages?

He was in the little parade that attempted to provoke an altercation but it was Cleaver who alleged the spitting.

Is this the man whom Rush accurately showed was treated by the Dems as the chauffeur in Driving Miss Nancy?

“I would pay money to spit on him.”

Me too, and I will show up with a pocket full of cash and a full bladder! Wonder if he too thinks Guam will capsize if we send more military people there?

Rep. James Clyburn (D-S.C.), the third-ranking House Democrat, on Wednesday accused the U.S. media of spreading "manufactured controversies" that pose dangers similar to the propaganda spread by the Nazis during the Holocaust.

Speaking to "The Morning Briefing" program on Sirius XM, Clyburn accused the modern Internet-based media of misrepresenting the statements of people in order to hurt their reputations.

"You have people's words and phrases being misrepresented and looped through the news media and thrown out there on the Internet, and people run with it because these things start getting reported in the mainstream media, and before you know it, people believe that stuff," Clyburn said.

The consequences of such misrepresentation, Clyburn warned, could be severe.

“The people of Germany believed Hitler’s foolishness that led to the Holocaust. They believed that stuff,” Clyburn said. “People will tend to believe what they hear through the media.”

Clyburn singled out “extreme right-wing” bloggers in particular for criticism. ....

Oh. For a minute there I thought a 'rat had finally seen the light, and he was talking about The New York Times, The Washington Post, AP, Reuters, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN etc. etc. etc. I guess not.

Clyburn is the most hated communist and racist in South Carolina. Everything he says is a lie and should be ignored.

He’s right, of course, but without wasting my time reading the story I will bet he’s not talking about the same things I would be talking about.

Agreed. Clyburn, the Super Dooper Extra Special Court Jester to Her Royal Highness Nancy Palooka (that title was created just for him by her), is the token RAT in higher office in South Carolina. The state congress managed to gerrymander him his own private territory. I reckon it's his till he dies. It's kinda like a black hole.

Now, as to his being the most hated, we gotta figure Linda Graham into this equation. Who's first, who's second? Doesn't really make a difference.

It’s funny how frightened these political types are of citizens with computers talking to each other... We must be more powerful than I thought...

“The state congress managed to gerrymander him his own private territory. I reckon it’s his till he dies.”

That lying rat, racist bastard doesn’t deserve a seat among the good people of South Carolina. He’s neo-Nazi pollution. He should make peace with his racist buddy George Wallace and join him in the graveyard. At least Wallace admitted his flawed character before he died. I expect that Clyborn will go to hell, proudly wearing the devil’s racist mark on his 50 IQ forehead.
