DHS investigating employee running racist website (inciting race war)
NY POST ^ | 8/23/13 | AP

WASHINGTON (AP) — A DHS employee operates a racist website predicting and advocating a race war. Ayo Kimathi, acquisitions officer for ICE, operates War on the Horizon, which includes descriptions of an "unavoidable, inevitable clash with the white race." Kimathi is black. describes the group as "a Haitianist organization created for the purpose of preparing black people worldwide for an unavoidable, inevitable clash with the white race.....Many of the postings are signed with the phrase, "We'll see you on the battlefield."

The website has since been taken, but the Facebook page is still active (linked at NY Post web site)..... it was not immediately clear whether they cross the legal threshold into unprotected hate speech...the posts may not violate DHS policies if Kimathi does not curate the website at work or espouse these ideologies in govt offices.

According to the ICE acquisitions website, Kimathi is a small business specialist responsible for purchasing handcuffs, guns and other l/e equipment and services.

The Southern Poverty Law Center, which monitors hate groups, first reported on Kimathi on Wednesday.

Racist Facebook page.

Arif Alikhan, assistant secretary of Homeland Security for policy development;

Mohammed Elibiary, a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council;

Rashad Hussain, the U.S. special envoy to the Organization of the Islamic Conference;

Salam al-Marayati, co-founder of the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC);

Imam Mohamed Magid, president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA);

Eboo Patel, a member of President Obama’s Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships.

==============================================

ACCORDING TO AN EGYPTIAN MAGAZINE:

Alikhan is a founder of the World Islamic Organization, which the magazine identifies as a Brotherhood “subsidiary.” It suggests that Alikhan was responsible for the “file of Islamic states” in the White House and that he provides the direct link between the Obama administration and the Arab Spring revolutions of 2011.

Elibiary, who has endorsed the ideas of radical Muslim Brotherhood luminary Sayyid Qutb, may have leaked secret materials contained in Department of Homeland Security databases, according to the magazine. He, however, denies having any connection with the Brotherhood. Elibiary also played a role in defining the Obama administration’s counterterrorism strategy, and the magazine asserts that Elibiary wrote the speech Obama gave when he told former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to leave power but offers no source or evidence for the claim.

Rashad Hussain maintained close ties with people and groups that it says comprise the Muslim Brotherhood network in America. This includes his participation in the June 2002 annual conference of the American Muslim Council, formerly headed by convicted terrorist financier Abdurahman Alamoudi. He also participated in the organizing committee of the Critical Islamic Reflection along with important figures of the American Muslim Brotherhood such as Jamal Barzinji,Hisham al-Talib and Yaqub Mirza.

Regarding al-Marayati, who has been among the most influential Muslim American leaders in recent years, the magazine draws connections between MPAC in the international Muslim Brotherhood infrastructure.

Magid heads ISNA, which was founded by Brotherhood members, was appointed by Obama in 2011 as an adviser to the Department of Homeland Security. The magazine says that has also given speeches and conferences on American Middle East policy at the State Department and offered advice to the FBI. Rose El-Youssef says Patel maintains a close relationship with Hani Ramadan, the grandson of Brotherhood founder Hasan al-Banna, and is a member of the Muslim Students Association, which it identifies as “a large Brotherhood organization.” ---source IPT>

In response, the DHS released another 10,000 felons,
5,000 rapists, ordered another 1 billion hollow point
bullets to kill Americans, and opened the borders
with new maps for incoming terrorists.

Even in the normal work place such as a refinery or chemical extraction plant the people interviewing a new hire cannot and are restricted by LAW not to ask the hard questions.

These type of people and worst are walking and working in our refineries everyday planning much worst events

These people cannot be weeded out of the hiring pool thanks to our government.

Now take this guy.....hope we meet on the battle field......

An increasing number of companies and government agencies are simply hiring Hispanics instead; far fewer headaches (even with the language barrier). I can appreciate this parasite’s candor...

We need to realize the his anger is a reaction to the pain caused by institutional white privilege and we must devise solutions that minimize white participation in society. Only then can we achieve social justice for everyone,except for those blue eyed devils that the Reverend Elijah Mohammad warned you about!

I wonder about the extent of his involvement with the DHS's massive ammo purchases.

Y'know, when it's your job to interface with small businesses (particularly minority-owned small businesses which have affirmative-action preferences), it's easy to arrange that the business of a buddy gets the procurement subcontract.

I wonder how much interesting "stuff" got purchased, but never delivered to DHS?

So with all the NSA spying, they didn’t find this guy or didn’t he fit the profile.

Nice insight.....

Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes. “The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

==================================================================================

L/E needs to examine Kimathi's bank account(s)...and what activities he paid for.

The "Bank Secrecy Act" was passed to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting criminal enterprises, money laundering, tax evasion or other unlawful activities. Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity that might be indicative of tax fraud, govt fraud. money laundering, embezzlement, financing terrorism, and other financial crimes.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer of of tax-exempt funds. DHS monies may pay for personal and private expenses, credit cards, real estate subsidies, campaign expenses, travel, and vehicle purchases.

<><> To cover his tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into bank accounts was being used for legitimate, allowable purposes.

The scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for his own use.

<><> L/E is directed to get ahold of: (1) copies of checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including e-mail, employment contracts, loan agreements, and, (8) any other books or records. L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub- brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

Taxpayers demand the Bank Secrecy Act be mobilized ASAP....and examine those tax returns with a fine-tooth comb (particularly what he listed as "interest income)."

He’s an EEO hire, an Affirmative Action employee. I doubt he works much, he probably reads the web and drinks coffee while contractors (white folk?) do any actual work.

I expect he will be suspended with pay, to give him more time for his sites.

Whenever the SPLC is mentioned my bells and whistles go off.

The SPLC has an uncanny knack of making statements pertaining to an event prior to the event happening.
