Exclusive: ForAmerica Creates Grassroots Pressure on Boehner over Obamacare
Big Government ^ | 8/24/2013

A Facebook posting from ForAmerica on Friday morning has generated at least 5,000 phone calls from conservative activists to House Speaker John Boehner’s office, Breitbart News has learned.

“Everyone knows ObamaCare has to go. But Speaker John Boehner won't fight to defund it,” the conservative group ForAmerica wrote on its Facebook page on Friday shortly before noon ET. “Call the Speaker (877) 976-7521 and tell him to fight to defund ObamaCare now!”

Scott Hogenson, the campaign manager for ForAmerica’s grassroots operation, confirmed to Breitbart News that at least 5,000 people called Boehner’s office over the course of the next few hours. The group tracked the number of phone calls to measure the response using a special 800-number. The calls began around 11:15 a.m. ET on Friday; by early afternoon, more than 5,000 people had called Boehner.

For America chairman Brent Bozell said in a statement provided to Breitbart News that this is only the beginning. He said it would be wise for House GOP leadership to stand up and defund Obamacare in the upcoming Continuing Resolution (CR) that funds the government, as conservatives are going to continue fighting stronger and harder.

“This should be a sign to Speaker Boehner and every other Member of Congress that Americans do not want to pay for Obamacare,” Bozell said. “ForAmerica and the Tea Party Patriots have just started to rally the grass roots, and they want their elected officials to keep their promise to stop Obamacare. The Speaker has the power and ability to stop It by passing a CR that funds the government but not Obamacare.”

I agree. If Boehner doesn’t want to shut the gov’t down in order to de-fund Obamacare, he should at least initiate impeachment proceedings for Obama’s failure to uphold the law. He has no authority to arbitrarily decide not to implement the laws once they’ve been passed. The Republicans shouldn’t be letting him get away with it!

Tell boehner that obama uses the justice dept against laws that he opposes and the House must use the power of the purse to support or oppose laws as well.

Well, yeah.

Either the law is valid or it isn't.

If it is, then ObaMao doesn't get to pick and choose which portions to enforce and which to ignore.

If it isn't, then there is no reason to fund it.

Even if it is, congress can still pass amendments to defund the most disagreeable portions.

Even though the supreme court has consistently held abortion to be legal since Roe v. Wade, the Hyde Amendment has withheld federal funding.

Boehner's cowardice is likely to cost us the 2014 election.

It is not The Tea Party that is dividing this party but the Rinos who are selling out their supporters. There is something shameful about political candidates going to the people and telling them that conservative virtues must be upheld for the sake of their children and grandchildren, that Obamacare must be repealed, and begging these people for their money, their vote, their shoe leather, to get themselves elected only to sell the faithful out.

If actual sex were involved this would be called a Murphy game-or is it a badger game? Whatever the name, this con job is more sleazy and certainly more harmful.

Obama and Holder are publicly speaking about their ‘plan of the week’ that are just more smokescreen distractions to divert attention away from the incompetent manner Obama has handled his day job.

The best indicator of a PHONY ADMINISTRATION is the number of its REAL SCANDALS.

Commie Tyrant Obama’s current talking points are thus smokescreen distractions for the products of Obama’s first 4 years in office:
* Refusal to close US Southern Border to Mexican illegal alien invaders
* No known un-forged records of Place of Birth
* No known un-forged records of University grades
* Benghazi Massacre
* Dereliction of Duty as CIC during Benghazi Massacre
* Cover up of Benghazi Massacre
* Destruction of Seal Team Six
* Cover up of Fast and Furious murder of US Border Agent by Exec. Order
* IRS-Obama’care” Commune Death Grip on Wealth and Health
* NSA-Gestapo Death Grip on all citizen’s communications
* Use of Courts against News Media
* Use of Supreme Court to install Un-Constitutional Obama’care’ Tax
* Destruction of the US Coal Industry
* Refusal to permit XL Pipeline construction
* Trillion Dollar a year Federal Overspending
* Monthly violations of the US Constitution by Obama
* Use of Exec. Orders to bypass Congress.

REPLACE sniveling coward Speaker Boehner with a FIGHTER!

It is time to IMPEACH Tyrant B. Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro.
_______________________

Tyrant B. Hussein Obama, (aka Barry Soetoro), continues his unopposed efforts to expand Totalitarian Obamanation in Liberty-based America.

Where are the Republican opponents of Tyrant Obama?

Why have the Articles of Impeachment for Tyrant Obama not been issued by US House Speaker Boehner, or Pro-Welfare Republicans Cantor or Ryan?

Have House and Senate Pro-Welfare Republicans formed a cave-in pact with Pro-Welfare Democrats to protect Tyrant Obama?

The main thing that Speaker Boehner is afraid of is being blamed for doing his job.

Speaker Boehner’s job now is to shut down the NON-ESSENTIAL parts of the US Federal Government until Obama’care’ is ABOLISHED, and keep it shut down for however long it takes.

I can’t decide if Boner is a weak-kneed, spineless, wimp of a RINO or if he is suffering from Ted Kennedy syndrome — gin-soaked brain. Whatever the cause, HE HAS TO GO!!!!

Boehner must be of Democrat inclination to guarantee support in Cincinnati.

I have a feeling Boehner is quite the boozer. He always looks glassy eyed. All zero has to do is “set ‘em up Joe,” and Johnny boy is mush in his hands.

The GOP is part of the problem, not the solution. Conservatives mistakenly continue to demonize the democrats, when they should be demonizing the system, the establishment. What did the GOP accomplish the last time they controlled the WH and both Houses of Congress? Nothing. That’s why I stopped voting-—the GOP never does what they say they’re going to do and the democrats always do what they say they’re going to do. Anyone who thinks the GOP is the answer to our problems is smoking pixie dust.
