I disagree with the premise unless I am missing something, and I went to the link.
The fine/penalty is peanuts since they can just pay it and then still get insurance once they get sick. $95 per individual per year is beyond a joke compared to the $10K for Obama care.
The real problem is for those who NOW have catastrophic health insurance for only serious problems, which will be outlawed next year.
They want to do the right thing and Obama-care outlaws it, encourages them to wait till they are sick and then bilk the insurance.
I just got a slick little form letter from the V.A. today about Obamacare. Did any other veterans get that?

Obama will continue to ruin America as long as Boehner is Speaker of the US House of Represenatives.
Four + years of Boehner has proven Boehner to be unfit to combat Tyrant Obama.
It is now up to the Members of the House to replace Boehner so that the new Speaker can shut down the non-essential parts of the US Federal Government ASAP in order to ABOLISH Obama’care.’

Catastrophic health care is a good plan to save money. It allows you to load up for an asset busting illness. Why would they eliminate it? I was told by Obama I could keep my existing plan!
Obama may have been exaggerating a bit to get a Obama -care bill passed.
You can keep your health care plan with a few small minor mods, about $6K py worth.
On top of crashing the exchanges, we should target the “Navigators” by having people who know they don’t qualify book appointments with them to eat up their time, thus preventing others from signing up and diminishing the number of paying cases they can work on and thus reducing their income to the point where they’ll quit and look for honest work.
