The president’s minders released him for a golf recess, so he’s preparing a second attempt to chip out of a sand trap.
A funeral procession passes by on a road running alongside the course.
Obama stops and removes his cap and waits until the procession passes.
As he’s addressing his ball again, one of his foursome says, “That has to be the most thoughtful, considerate things I’ve ever seen. I just wish one of your stupid political opponents could-—”
And Obama interrupts his gushing to say,
“Tut tut. It’s not that big a thang. Remember, that woman and I were married a long time ....”
