Every day now there is at least a couple of theses stories in the news.
‘Juveniles’, ‘Youthes’ Whatever....We all understand the problem. 3% of the US population is committing over 80% of all violent crime.
Lucky for us at least these 3%’ers are mostly easily identifiable.
