That’s my understanding of it, yes. This was brought to light a number of years ago and, AFAIK, it’s never been corrected.

I've always heard that it includes Hispanics as white.

Here's some interesting DoJ stats on rape and sexual assaults. We hear so much from the lucrative victims' industry that every black woman is in danger from every white male. (DoJ interviews thousands of victims of crime.)

I first found the stats for one year on wiki graffiti and posted it here. Soon it was deleted from wiki graffiti and placed in some area where it was debated whether or not it was proper to make information like that public. I then went looking for the original source and found a few years' worth.

I gave of searching for the data since the Department of Justice became the Department of Just Us and Our People.

I copied the stats as best I could. If someone finds errors please let everyone know. Some of the stats are puzzling it seems to me. But in general I think they tell the truth and expose lies of the victims' industry, et al.

Perhaps in one of these cases that may be used by the defence. To me and I think even to the most casual observer aware of the facts that is the case. I find it incredable that the most obvious material that could be used by the Repy(u)blican campaign honchos is being ignored.

It’s even worse than the stats indicate. If I understand correctly, when the perp is Hispanic, the FBI classifies him as white, but when the victim is Hispanic, the FBI classifies him as a minority. Obviously in order to make the statistics look less lopsided than they really are.

Yes, my understanding is that Hispanics are included as “white” in order to make the statistics look less lopsided. If they removed Hispanics from the statistics the situation would be even more extreme.

Trying to airbrush the statistics in order to pretend that blacks violence is not a serious issue is an affront to all of us.

The first step in solving a problem is admitting that you have one. The federal government, the FBI, the black community, and the democrats are all in denial and are all guilty of perpetuating the problem.
