But if you're a person with an IQ 15 pts under the average, it will be real tough for you in a world where the average IQ is needed for any job that requires a modicum of intelligence instead of just a strong back. And today there's less and less jobs where a strong back in the only requirement and more where you need an education. Some kid, white, black, or whatever, who runs around with his pants around his knees, making gang signs, smoking dope, and getting into trouble is someone I would call a useless oxygen thief.
