Sen. Lindsey Graham Wants Aggressive U.S. Strike in Syria

WASHINGTON — Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., called Friday for a strong U.S. response to last week’s use of chemical weapons outside Damascus, urging multiple missile strikes aimed at destroying Syrian President Bashar Assad’s major military assets and rendering him largely powerless.

While Graham, in a statement with Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz, said the attack could be done “in a limited way, without boots on the ground,” the breadth of the two Republican senators’ suggested action would significantly increase U.S. involvement in a two-year civil war in Syria that has left 100,000 people dead and sent 1 million refugees into neighboring countries.

“The goal of military action in Syria should be to shift the balance of power on the battlefield against Assad and his forces,” the senators said. “The United States, together with our friends and allies, should take out Assad’s air power, ballistic missiles, command and control, and other significant military targets, and we should dramatically increase our efforts to train and arm moderate Syrian opposition forces.”

This unmarried homo douchebag with no children is up for relection next November.

Gets his jollies by agitating to send other peoples kids to war to die for no legitimate reason.

Won't be long until he's booted out by the good people of S.C.

“The United States, together with our friends and allies...”

Pfffffffffffffft!

Whom might that be?

Iran. North Korea. A few others. It's nice to make new friends, isn't it?

“I don’t think this is a neocon issue”

Yes it is. And they are all coming out:

Charles Krauthammer: “We heard Carney say this isn’t about regime change. Well then, it’s a pointless exercise. If it’s going to be an attack, what it should be aimed at, as General Keane was explaining, having the objective of weakening the regime, of stopping Assad who is now winning this war, and giving the rebels a chance of winning or weakening Assad.”

Regime change.. sounds familiar?

I think that proves my point, doesn't it? The clown even says if there is a strike, it won't be for regime change....and CK says that is the only kind of strike that would be acceptable. Lindsey is off the reservation if she is calling for regime change, because even her friend Obama isn't calling for that.

Additionally, no one has indicated any national interest in such an action except for the clown's general "save my face" interest.

Has CK given a national interest? All I see from the quote is that CK is indicating Obama's position and attitude is exceedingly stupid.

Krauthammer wants the U.S. to fight Israel’s wars instead of Israel.

Good old Lindsey. Of course he wants an “aggressive strike on Syria, he has no vested interest. No son, daughter or grand child will be involved in combat operations. I remember
Graham in the House touting his army reserve status. Inferring to us what a great military mind he was. In reality, he was a f***ing lawyer. An Army lawyer, but a still a f***ing lawyer who would not get any closer to the guns than a congress critter tour through a safe zone.

So, Lindsey Gramnesty wants to help the ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF.
Don't go along with the ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF's LIE about Syria.
There are several sources that have identified the source of the chemical attack came from Saudi Prince Bandar
and "the militant group Jabhat al-Nusra, which is linked to al-Qaida, announced
Remember, that's just one of many sources.

The Muslims are guilty of the chemical attack, not the Christians, and the ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF knows it.
But the ARAB-KENYANand MUSLIM defiling the Oval Office doesn't care.
Barack Hussein Obama II, (a.k.a. Barry Soetoro) just want to turn Syria into another Muslim Brotherhood run country, and kill Christians.
It's just that simple!

If you want to AIR STRIKE someone, strike the GUILTY ONES, Saudia Arabia, and Saudi Prince Bandar, along with ALL the Muslim Brotherhood.
And strike the ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF, while you're at it.

I can't confirm this , but there was a story going around the fleet that during training in South Texas McCain got lost on a solo xcountry.
He landed at some podunk airport, but was too embarrassed to ask where he was.
He eventually noticed a coke machine that had the name of a local town

This is insanity. All it will accomplish is allowing Al-Qaeda to have another home.
