A recent audit report by the inspector general for the Social Security Administration found that Obama’s IRS was reluctant to penalize any employers who consistently used Social Security numbers that did not match the names. Thus refusing any efforts to stop identity fraud from ”unauthorized noncitizens” using Social Security numbers that in 80% of the cases belonged to legal citizens. Defund the IRS.

CNSNews.com reports the following: An audit report published this month by the inspector general for the Social Security Administration says that the Internal Revenue Service’s reluctance to penalize employers who consistently file W-2s on which the Social Security Number and name do not match has “hindered” the SSA’s efforts to stop “unauthorized noncitizens” from using Social Security Numbers that are fake or belong to someone else. The audit report looked at “inaccurate wage reporting”—or the filing of W-2 forms on which the name and the Social Security Number do not match. The SSA has long said these no-match W-2s are frequently filed on behalf of illegal aliens. According to the IG audit report released earlier this month, a senior IRS official admitted to the IG that the service knows this is the case. “Furthermore,” said the report, “a senior employment tax official at the IRS acknowledged that unauthorized noncitizens accounted for a high percentage of inaccurate wage reporting.”(continued)

Illegals paying taxes through fake/stolen IDs are what is keeping Social Security afloat.
I’m thinking of selling my SS number to some illegal aliens. There will be hundreds of them paying into my account. When I retire, I’ll be able to draw out the maximum each month. Genius, sheer genius!

We don’t need comprehensive immigration reform any more than we need a Constitutional Convention. We have the laws we need, but the anti-American tyrant in our White House simply ignores the law. We have the constitutional protections we need, but the big government left simply ignores the restrictions on the power they are permitted to exert over us. What we need are honest elections and a bigger effort to elect decent people who respect the law rather than thugs with a lust for power.
It all boils down to $$$$$$ and the IRS’ goal to get as much cash as possible. Likewise, if anyone doesn’t think the SSA has a program that can spot and log, and keep separate multiple use instances separate, they are living in LaLa Land.
They gladly take whatever pittance the illegals have to sacrifice (for FICA, Medicare, and Federal Taxes) to have a job here. But the day will come, right after an Amnesty is signed that these little effers will be clamoring to get that credit for their future Social Security checks...Count on it.
And Republicans will NOT get the Health Care that DEMOCRATS will get....mark my word....the govt. KNOWS how you vote.

Cowboy Genius Bob..... I must laugh. This is kind of like shooting yourself in the head to cure a headache. The IRS will in the interim sieze all your property and imprison you for failure to pay the taxes on the earnings reported under your social security number. They will do nothing to the illegals from using your number, but they will still hold you accountable for the taxes on their earnings!!!
So Obama promotes identity theft in order to help illegal aliens steal jobs and welfare benefits from American citizens. He swore to uphold our laws when he took the oath of office. He should be impeached....if anyone really cared about our laws.
What a mess millions of US citizens will have to correct identity theft issues caused by Democrats who want to sign up illegal voters!

This is way way too easy. Imagine An illegal alien using fake SSN Like maybe one from , say, connecticut? That’d be a really shrewd choice. He could rise really high with one like that. Only in America. God bless America. (Pray for America. )

Of course they hinder such efforts. The People likely to be gone after have to have enough income to owe taxes, which makes them morel likely to be Republicans. Win-win situation for the IRS agenda.

i condemn the actions of anyone who breaks the law, right or left. Ignoring it, not enforcing it if so charged, is the same as actively breaking it.
