Associated Press reporter Matt Lee doesnt understand how Kerry can go from a full-throated advocacy of military action against Syria to saying that Obama seeking the approval of Congress is courageous. And as usual he doesnt disappoint. He asks Psaki if Kerry and others had their spines removed over the weekend just so they could agree with Obama:

This is why Obama put Kerry on point instead of pushing the Syria strikes himself. A year from now he'll be claiming he never supported strikes on Syria, and there'll be no footage to dispute it.
Hey, Kerry, be a pal and check the oil while you're under there, willya?

Wrong question. The reporter should have asked whether there was evidence that SecState John F’ing Kerry ever had a spine or cajones. This effete snob wouldn't recognize either of them if he tripped on them.

Obama is an ideologue, likely much more than any of the others you list. That's what makes him dangerous. Please don't think I'm defending him, in any way. I couldn't stand Clinton, but Clinton is just mainly a narcissist - which is what made him a political chameleon. When it became clear to him that the health care issue was a political loser for him he jettisoned it. When it became clear to him that welfare reform was a winner he embraced it. He did what he had to do to maintain his position.
Obama wants to reshape the U.S. His stated goal is to transform America, and he will not let popularity one way or the other stop him. He's a bigger narcissist than Clinton, but in a very different way.
Exactly because Obama is an ideologue, the Republican party should be attacking his ideology and why it is wrong. They are playing into the leftist media's protective playbook by allowing them to characterize their opposition as personal. This plays into the use of the race card as well.
