David Frum Blasts Gun Rights Advocates During Navy Yard Shootings

As Americans ran from gunfire at the Navy Yard in Washington DC, commentator David Frum took to Twitter to talk gun control and suggest that gun control opponents were to blame for the shooting:

(1) Self-defense is effectively illegal in DC.

(2) There is a difference between those who own firearms legally and those who carry them illegally.
