The parents - and there are TWO - who made the child are responsible for raising it. If Grandma was any kind of a decent human being, she'd help.

BTW the $500K I have paid in income taxes have done plenty to raise "poor children." I have, through my own sweat, taken responsibility for MY children and grandchildren so THEY are not an economic burden on others. That is what Americans used to do.

And how much do you bet that little Kayla hasn't learned a lesson from this and will pop up pregnant again one or more times in the future?
