Why not have the true Republicans require a BINDING, updated, “Federal Financial Impact Statement” for 2012-2013 fiscal year, and 2013-2014 f. y. for Obama”care?”
It should take a month or two to complete, allow for a vote to delay Obama”care” for a year, and then show the great financial harm to our Economy that the Statement’s numbers will document.
Wharton, Stanford, Michigan and Princeton could also file their independent Financial Impact Statements to compare to the Office of Budget and the Congressional Budget Office Financial Impact Statements.
As B. Hussein is fond of saying: “We need to get all the facts first.”

Wow, thanks Mark, so we can assume that Obama-care is history after this right ? The Great One??
Try this instead : Reid told Bohner he must pass a house bill before Senate leadership will talk about it.
So Bohner will pass this CR bill to Senate. Then that gives House members the argument that they voted to defund Obama-care .
Then they send it to Senate and Reid passes his own CR bill with Obama-care funded.
Then you will see some house Republicans accusing Cruz and Lee of surrendering in Senate by not stopping in in their own house. OPPPPS, its already started.
Then Senate bill goes to conference and Obama-care put back in and Bohner puts it up for vote and its passes and goes to Obama, maybe a few changes in conference.
No shutdown. Obama-care funded. Try again Mark.
Well, sure. All of this talk about defunding Obamacare is just a circus act to keep us peasants quiet. Obamacare is definitely going to happen. Period. Both parties know that. And I suspect that deep down Levine knows it too.

Let me add more evidence of that.
Notice that the ‘Hell No’ caucus picked the unattainable fruit to ‘call for’ which is defunding, and defunding alone. Here is proof they are just acting by doing that.
The low hanging fruit that would get MY respect and show they really are serious is to fight over a CR that doesn't allow Obama to give congress and their staff a special Obama-care subsidy that we don't get. That would be impossible for Obama and DEms to defend.
This is because like you say, they are not planning or expecting to win this and they want their own loophole.
