Without changing our Constitution, we can stop admitting Muslims except as diplomats, and repatriate the non-citizens. No refugees, tourists, students, immigrants, visitors.

I propose that we can accomplish 3 SERIOUS PROBLEMS in about 45 minutes- The time it takes to launch all the ICBM, SLBM, MRBM, and IRBMs in nuclear inventory!
1) Get rid of all nuclear weapons by using them on Mooselimbs. A third [nuclear] crusade would give a hundred, maybe thousand years of true peace on earth.
2) We will solve global warming with the accompanying nuclear winter.
3) Adopt the eco-nut fantasy of population reduction to appease the anti-war left.
With no nukes, no muslims, nice moderate weather, and the type of eco-nut population control measures that the liberals can't get away with now, we can do it! /sever sarcasm&faceiousness off>.
The only places left without "shall issue" CCW are Hawaii, and some states in the Northeast (DC, MD, NJ, NY, etc). Even in the northeast, they would have to be careful to choose a mall where there weren't any gang bangers.
Not in public places in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts or Connecticut. Damned near impossible to get a carry permit in those states.
