Pat was on with Greta. Make Reid NOT fund the military over Obamacare. Then Dept State, Justice, etc. The public will soon understand the RATS are holding up funding Gov't over Obamacare.
Unfortunately they WILL NOT do this because it makes way too much sense.
The Senate can’t originate funding of anything; Reid’s attempt to de-de-fund is FUNDing.
But all the Senate can do, legally, is validate (or not) what the House sends over, then forward to the President (or not). If they don’t validate, gov’t gets no funding and shuts down. The Senate is what causes a Shutdown.
The House and the media will allow Reid to de-de-fund because they haven’t read the Constitution.
The House should do exactly what Pat Buchanan suggests. Ted Cruz has advised them to do this also.
DO IT! And let elected official salaries be the very LAST appropriation approved sometime in 6 months!

I think a number of us on FR, for a while now, have been advocating this idea.
They could add that with 90 million Americans out of the work force that Federal Agencies should bite the bullet too and make do with 30% less in their budgets.
