Almost any written test will show different results between whites, blacks, and Hispanics, because there are differences on IQ tests, and scores on many tests, including those for firemen, correlate with IQ. Hat tip: Steve Sailer.

What a load of BS. The only kind of discrimination at most Fire Departments is nepotism. You only see that in smaller cities. In a nice progressive city like Austin, they bend over backwards for diversity.
