I’m sorry but I’m tired of these TSA and DHS fluff stories that try to make out like they stopped some terror attack.
This just doesn’t appear to be the case, AGAIN!. The article starts out by saying “nobody knows what really happened last night” but they (he) proceeds then to give it all he’s got.
It then went from “Destructive” device(s) to A device that “could be destructive, in nature” according to some LEO.
Our government lies to us. Our media lies to us. The DHS and the TSA have never stopped anything beforehand; it is always after the fact when the act does not succeed on the part of the perpetrator. Their main business is lying and harassment of citizens.

Hmmm. Thanks for posting. I think I was right! This name is not Chechen but probably Bosnian of some kind (possibly Serbian). But it sounds as if this was a hoax and just that this guy got mad at being asked to open his bag and said something stupid.

Most times when it is kept under raps, it’s because someone was Saudi. If this be the case they will give them a private jet and fly them out of the country and blame it on a homeless person.
Potentially destructive could be a large box of matches or a jumbo pack of incense....I have no faith or trust in this government, especially TSA or DHS.
