Ted Cruz - Intellect on Display - Cruz on CNN State of the Union
October 6, 2013 | Ralph Mitchell

Posted on 10/06/2013 6:44:49 AM PDT by mitchell001

On today's CNN State of the Union, Sen.Ted Cruz was simply "Intellect on Display" as he seemlessly won every debate point with host Candy Crowley. I say we support Ted Cruz all the way to the Presidency.

*** "In November, the Russian department at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, read aloud all 1,358 pages of “War and Peace” on the 100th year of Tolstoy’s death. It took 24 hours."

so basically, he could just read the actual 2,000 pages of the un"Affordable HealthCare" act, and still have the longest speech in Senate history.

Yes, you’re right. Cruz is unflappable, AND, he doesn’t have Nancy and Ron Jr., and Patty to tug him to the Left.

Hillary’s not going to be in the WH. I don’t know who will be but Liz Warren will take Hillary out in the ‘Rat primary.

Tea Party put the House in Republican control in 2010; that is where the Tea Party has led. So Ted Cruz leading the Tea Party to pressure in the House doesn’t hold water. House acted many times, the problem is with all of the turncoat Senators, McCain and the others. House has voted down Obamacare many times already, probably before Cruz even became a Senator. Sure, he gave voice to the people in the Senate but it didn’t stop implementation but the House still wields a lot of power in how this will end up and the House can affect the outcome.

Hmmm. Warren does NOT have the chops, but I get your point. Hillary may well prefer queenie of the world, taking on Brack’s attitude...that the presidency is beneath her.

Obama and the Democrats may very well likely regret they’ve given Cruz the opportunity to display his intellect and acumen prior to the 2016 elections. And they’ve also stretched the boundaries of the definition for natural born citizen that attacks on Cruz in that area won’t get much traction either.

How about President Cruz for 8 years and then on the SC for the rest of his long life!

I think Candy sweated away at least 50 lbs and is not looking forward to a Cruz rematch (unless she wants to look like Twiggy).

None of this would have been possible without the House and the House has voted numerous times in the past already to defund/repeal Obamacare.

Those were all symbolic votes at best, simply resolutions without teeth.

Kind of like saying, "I'd repeal Obamacare if I could, but I just don't see a way to do it."

Well, Senator Cruz has shown them the way with his strategy, don't fund it.

If the Elizabeth Warren presidential train picks up steam, will Hillary raise the Cherokee issue?. Further from Legal Insurrection: "I hear Elizabeth Warren’s presidential train a comin’, it’s rollin’ round the bend

Hillary Clinton should watch her back. If Hillary thought there couldn’t possibly be another Barack Obama ’08, she better think again"

Cruz delivered a seminar on how to defeat false-framing by Democrats!

Signature Cruz quote: “This is an argument we can win!”

National memorial closures and Harry Reid denouncing liberal media questioners proves that Cruz IS winning.

“My only niggling worry is, the history of Senators and Representatives moving directly into the White Hut.”

Hehe...you said niggling.

Racist.
