Video 'shows undercover NYPD cop shattering rear window in savage attack'
The Daily Mail (UK) ^ | Oct. 8, 2013 | James Nye

An off-duty undercover NYPD cop who denied any involvement as his fellow bikers ripped a father from his SUV and beat him has been seen on video smashing the rear window, it emerged today. The footage apparently shows the unnamed officer, who is a veteran of seven years, banging on the window and shattering it before the driver was pulled from the vehicle. The cop then rides away from the scene, sources told NBC. The video, which is being reviewed, is not the same as that which has been widely circulated following the September 29 attack.

Sources added to the New York Post that the cop initially told investigators he did not intervene because he arrived too late to stop the vicious beating.

"The officer now faces an internal investigation because he didn't inform higher brass that he was with the bikers, let alone the crime scene, until three days after the attack, the Post said.

But police believe that they cannot press charges against the officer because another biker, Allen Edwards, 43, who punched the window of Alexian Lien's Range Rover before he was attacked in front of his wife and two-year-old daughter, had his charges dropped."

If you wondered why they dropped charges against Edwards, well, now you know.

It's because of that ancient legal rule (which is almost 24 hours old now) that if the cops ever let one guy off for something, they can never press charges for that same offense ever again. You know, that's why they can't ever charge you with speeding, because they let that woman in Georgia go with just a warning.

Maybe New York’s egomaniacal mayor should get his own house in order before he travels around the nation attempting to tell everyone else how to run their jurisdictions.

And, no, there’s no ‘maybe’ about it.

I'm not believing anything the MSM and the internet reports until all is said and done........

As a side note , in your readings, was there any mention of undercover cops who had infiltrated the gang?

BS. The DA said she wanted to do more investigation so she could bring more serious charges.

None were “undercover.” This is simply what they do for fun. And, I’d be willing to bet quite a few more than the reported 4 or 5 cops were involved. Hence, “charges dropped.”

No. In everything that I have read there is no suggestion that the cops were “infiltrating” the motorcycle club. they were just regular members. Several of them were not undercover at all. One happened to work undercover elsewhere, but he was off-duty on this day, and that’s the guy who smashed the baby’s window.

I agree with the person who said we should wait for all the evidence, which is fine, but my comment referred to something the police already admitted, ie that one of their own SMASHED in a car window inches from a two-year old baby’s face. When more evdence comes in, there could be an innocent explanation why he did that. To quote the sage “I’m all ears.”

Just more black violence, if it happens to you use the car as a weapon and get your share. The police are in place to protect the rights of the criminals, not the victims. The idea that law applies equally has long been a fable.

It may be tasteless to point this out, but a lot of the motorcycle clubs of this type are made up primarily of minorities, mostly black, and have been a problem in many places, not just New York.

Once upon a time, candidates were not able to get on the force if they had felonies or serious misdemeanors on their records or had known gang associates, but unfortunately the courts have overturned these things. In Jacksonville, we had a small ring of corrupt black cops extorting immigrant merchants (they finally killed one, which is what brought the ring down), and the same thing happened in New Orleans.

I would suspect that some of these cops were just hanging out with their buds, and unfortunately, in a case of divided loyalties, they decided not to go with the cop part.

The same was true, btw, of some earlier Irish and Italian cops, both from ethnic groups with serious gang activities in NYC. And that’s why laws were passed to prevent people with known gang associates from joining the force. It didn’t stop it entirely, but it did help.

And all of these laws are being overturned by our courts, so police departments now often find themselves ordered to take in people who once would have had no chance at get on the force.

Makes you wonder that if the cop lied about this incident, how many other times he has lied, causing others to be fined, or worse, put into jail?

If a cop cannot be trusted to always tell the truth, then they can never be trusted. He needs to be fired!

I believe I said the following:

"I'm not believing anything the MSM and the internet reports until all is said and done........"

I hope that clarifies any questions you may have.......

Given the circumstances, I was more than ready to excuse the cop, until it turned out he had participated in this feral black-attack. Take him to the local dog pound, and euthanize him with the rest of the sub-animals. Forget courts and charges, just rid the streets of this trash.

Just more black violence,

Not just blacks, there were hispanics in the crowd.

Example being a guy named Cruz who appeared to have been the guy on the bike who slowed down in front of the SUV causing the fiasco that ensued and who just happened to have been interviewed on GMA......

Well there you go, a report I saw reported that there were two undercover cops in the group who did nothing in fear of blowing their cover........

Which brings me back to my original statement, who in the MSM you gonna believe? Tis best to wait till all is said and done before casting judgment.........
