Good, if it’s true. If I were closer I would go just to get cited. I want some AR armed thug to tote me off the land of We The People. Maybe next weekend I can at least find a closed park to hold a sign that says Mr Obeyme... Tear down this barricade! Or maybe I will get cited at a different park.
I get it that the rangers were confused the first day or so. But now, they should not be issuing citations, removing people, or maintaining barriers. The are OUR national parks, and not the president’s. “just following orders” is not acceptable in times of crisis.

If rangers are furloughed, then they should be home playing video games instead of handing out citations. If there are a few still on the job, then there’s surely more important duties they need to be doing.
So the brown shirts are blocking a state highway now because people are daring to move cones on overlooks so they can see their country. The State needs to start arresting the Feds and people need to show up in sufficient numbers to deter Obama’s goons from arresting them. Beyond that, if you are going to be ordered to Federal court if you are given a ticket, are the Feds drawing down on citizens to force identification and compliance on trails? How far will this go?
I should be thanking God that my husband no longer flies Grand Canyon air tours. “Can” meet “whoop ass” on this in Arizona. I have known many park rangers who were real Americans and decent people. I hope the number willing to follow a petty tyrant is very small.

If the Feds have decided to deny citizens access to parks we’ve paid for, why are we still sending them taxes? This would be equivalent to hiring someone to renovate your kitchen, who takes your money, demands more, then locks you out of your own house.

No citation for crossing a US border illegally...in fact those people are compensated...but cross a federal border and going Into a fed park (already OWNED by those crossing it) and they are or penalized? If we don’t start pushing back, then we deserve the loss of our country.
