There IS good news, then...fighting back WORKS! I can hardly wait to see what the response is going to be this weekend when the truckers show up on the Beltway for three days...
Here’s the problem. Healthcare.gov is falling apart, and there isn’t enough time to fix it before the expected big enrollment push in Nov (per Time Magazine).
Obama’s seen the enrollment numbers, and is probably looking for an out. He’ll probably give in to the GOP for a 1-year delay, looking magnanmous “for the bigger good” and buying time for the system to be rebuilt.
They can rebuild all they want, but many if not most are going to pay the fine and look for other options rather than sign up.
True. But, imho, there’s more political capital to be gained by talking about how completely screwed up the registration system is than with the shutdown.
Unless Republicans can really exploit the “I told you so” angle. But I don’t see them moving in that direction.
I see your point, but IMO, the cat is out of the bag on cost and as a campaign issue isn’t going away. Pubbies can also point to projections of cost escalation in future years. Overall I think they get points for holding their ground. Just have to not screw it up.

And there would be quite a few names that need to be kept on the Big List. Traitors all. I saw an interview with the restuarant owner who said the NPS posted armed guards at the front and back doors ‘round the clock. That’s quite a bit of personal guard service. Probably the whole staff from the park. But these quizzlings need to be remembered and their qualifications for being armed reviewed.
This ‘guy’ is being managed/run by the Saudis and their like for the oil they sell for money from the international bankers like the Rothchilds. I found it very interesting today the big show Obama put on for the changing of the Fed Reserve chair. I do believe such a position requires extensive knowledge of the worlds money/funding manipulations and the new chair lady fits the bill. However, the Fed Reserve is still the pseudo USA Bank controlled by international bankers. Pres. Kennedy understood this and tried to put the USA banking in total USA control. He didn’t have any luck or power to make the change.

As a consequence, the Chicago cell runs domestic policy while the Muslim Brotherhood calls the shots on foreign policy.

Bernadine Dohrn and Ayers were charged by Castro long ago to find a suitable black candidate for prez who could “shame guilty whites into voting for him.”
It took them decades but the dynamic Weather Underground duo found their guy. Then along came Soros, the Saudis and other money backers.
But Ayers and Dohrn never went away—they were the ones who visited Egypt a year before the upheaval there and trained up the Brotherhood on how to launch a “Days of Rage” action like their 1968 Chicago op. Does anyone believe they made that trip without Obama’s backing?
