U.S. Immigration Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agents have expressed strong concerns over House Judiciary Committee chairman Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and other Representatives pushing for immigration legislation that would legalize the status of Americas at least 11 million illegal immigrants. In a public statement that will be released Thursday morning but has been provided exclusively to Breitbart News ahead of its public release, USCIS Council president Kenneth Palinkas warned that Goodlatte (pictured), House Budget Committee chairman Rep. Paul Ryan (R-VA), House Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA), and Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) seem to be following the same pathway that Senate Gang of Eight members did, regarding how they are working on immigration legislation. At every step, this administration places obstacles and roadblocks in front of our adjudication officers in their attempts to protect our nations security and the American taxpayer, Palinkas said. I documented these abuses on more than one occasion with the authors of Schumer-Rubio-Corker-Hoeven [S. 744] only to have them ignored. "I worry the House may be following a similar path. Media reports reveal that Chairman Bob Goodlatte, Chairman Paul Ryan, Congressman Luis Gutierrez, and Majority Leader Eric Cantor are working to advance proposals to open citizenship benefits to the majority of those here illegally, in combination with proposals to expand visa programs.

These RINO progressives are disgusting and need to be purged from politics. They’re doing as much - or more - harm than Dims are doing.
OTOH How many immigration agents would get laid off if 11 million targets were illiminated? No wonder they are ripping the pro amnesty cabal. Just saying.
As far as republicans supporting this push - it is pure insanity, not to mention, suicidal.
The ICE agents want to enforce our laws and uphold their oaths of office.
Representative Paul Ryan is a major disappointment. He seems to want to get a handle on debt without drastically cutting spending overnight. While I agree with that sort of soft landing approach to reigning in spending, I cannot ever support any politician who favors amnesty. Amnesty would be a fundamental transformation of immigration like Obamacare is a fundamental transformation of health care. Illegal aliens have ZERO right to come here and demand ANYTHING from Americans.
You’re right! Protecting the country from invasion is a legitimate federal government power. It’s constitutional.
Paul Ryan is changing parties!
My congress critter is one who is pushing for amnesty yet again. It is time to melt the phone lines and bombard the pro-amnesty lawmakers’ twitter and facebook accounts with our opposition to amnesty. Here is the email I sent to my Congress woman:
I am very sorry to read that you are going forward with immigration reform. If the Federal Government will not enforce the current immigration laws, or secure our southern border, it is not the laws that need reforming, but rather the entity that is failing to carry out those laws. I regret to inform you that I will not support your next re-election bid if you move forward on immigration reform. I will however, do all that I can to help find and fund someone to run against you who will remain true to conservative principles and the laws of the land.
In addition, according to Politico, House GOP conference chairwoman Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) said she thinks immigration should be a top priority for House Republicans this year.
This coming weekend on Univision, McMorris Rodgers will say that House Speaker John Boehner over the last few weeks has continued to talk about the importance of the House moving forward on immigration reform. I believe that we have a window here between now and the end of the year and that this is a priority.
McMorris Rodgers is the fourth highest-ranking member in the House GOP conference.
Why do they call them “America’s illegal immigrants”?
In what way are they part of the United States?
Excellent!!!
I always ask the ones who say we can’t deport the illegals if we should stop arresting thieves, murderers, etc. After all, we can’t catch them all.
If they do amnesty they will not be able to really check out those they are going to give citizenship. We will end up legalizing Cartel people, criminals of every variety, deadbeats to scam the system, and every kind of low life we can imagine and some we can’t. I can never support any immigration laws that do not at the very least secure the border and make anyone that wants to be a citizen return to their country and get in line to do the process so they can be sorted out. I cannot imagine what our leaders are thinking in just giving mass amnesty- which is how it will turn out no matter how they claim otherwise.
No one knows better than Immigration Agents the type of people that will be given amnesty. They deal with the low lifes every day. The illegals that everyone holds up to showcase why we need to give amnesty- the hard working, family values type don’t usually come to the attention of the Agents very often, it is the scum they deal with daily. They also know there will be little or no sorting them out if amnesty is given. The sheer numbers mean a proper vetting process just will not happen.
Agree...these vile men (& women) are backstabbers and should be referred to accordingly.
The weasel-faced Ryan is seething with raw, unprincipled ambition - to an extent reminiscent of that other weasel-faced loser - Tony the Weiner. Always bear in mind how and why Ryan was Mittens' choice for veep and nothing he does will ever be a surprise.

...The Republican Party must embrace more legal immigration.
Unfortunately, like many of the major debates in Washington, immigration has become a stalemate-where both sides are imprisoned by their own rhetoric or attachment to sacred cows that prevent the possibility of a balanced solution.
Immigration Reform will not occur until Conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. I am here today to begin that conversation.
Lets start that conversation by acknowledging we arent going to deport 12 million illegal immigrants.
If you wish to work, if you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you...
This is where prudence, compassion and thrift all point us toward the same goal: bringing these workers out of the shadows and into being taxpaying members of society.
Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers.12 million more people assimilating into society. 12 million more people being productive contributors.
[but hes not in favor of amnesty, snicker, definition of is is]
