Rent-a-cops hired to ring Independence Hall - threaten arrests
Washington Examiner ^ | 10/10/13 | Paul Bedard

Armed private security guards are on the job to keep the public away from Philadelphia’s Independence Hall, and one even threatened to arrest a political activist if he stepped on the sidewalk beside the iconic building where the Declaration of Independence and Constitution were debated and adopted.

“You will be arrested,” said one of the hired guards to activist Craig Bergman as a video team filmed his stop at the downtown historical center.

In the video, Bergman asks a National Park Service ranger who was paying for the rented cops, and was told, “You are.” The badge on the private guards read “SecTec,” a Virginia-based security company that operates around the nation. A source said that SecTec often is used for the Hall's security. Their webpage includes Independence Hall as a client.

Bill Blood is apparently a shadowy character who doesn’t like public exposure. These guys are creepy and need to be exposed. Which brings up a question as to where does an organization like SecTec get its Constitutional rights against citizens. Surely our established government has not come to the point of Hitler’s infamous use of private ‘soldiers’ for It’s Constitutional given/allowed authorities. The thugs pictured need to come up against real military cops very soon. As a WWII vet I have no fear or respect for them at any time.

“Man bows up at me like that and puts his hand on his firearm, there are going to be problems. Sierious problems. Problems that require notice to relatives.”

You are exactly right. That weapon represents deadly force. Anyone fondling it is actually threatening with it. I would take such a threat with the utmost seriousness.

You can just walk on the city street and view it through the window.

Thanks for that, Aristotle.

The residents of Philadelphia have gone missing in the struggle against tyranny.

The racial makeup of the city as of 2010 was:

44.2% Black
41.0% White
5.4% Asian
4.7% from other races
3.2% Mixed Race
0.2% Native American
0.05% Pacific Islander
12.5% of the population were Hispanic and Latino.

Well, it’s a Dem city so they’re bold like prison guards. In America they’d be a bit more congenial.

Most rent-a-cops are bullies that always wanted to be cops and could not get hired, or got fired. A few exceptions, but darn few.

Considering the bully and/or roid rage LEOs that are on the prowl these days, ya have to wonder just how unstable are the thugballs who get rejected.
