The problem was a stupid piece of programming that required signing on in order to look at the exchange information rather than just letting people look, and if they wanted to “buy” then linking to the signup. Would be like ebay requiring you to sign up before looking at various merchandise. At least that is how it has been explained by my resident computer guy.
Most people didn’t walk away, they never even got in the door.
-King Kocaine is ready to fill up all those FEMA camps now.......
51,000 probably included a few thousand hacks from database injections.
I bet this behemoth is so insecure you could drive a tractor trailer through it.
And some teams are so bad they have to give away FREE beer to get them to attend. Now who does that sound like?
This just in. The Department of Motor Vehicles will be taking this over soon as they are so much more efficient at signing people up. Their back-up will be the Post Office. Just do not give them your SSN unless you want to be hacked big time.
I would love to know how they got these numbers. The White House said it would take 3 months to tabulate. Lol.
When you have that freak Jon Stewart attacking Obamacare you know they’ve failed! I guess they are too busy harassing WW2 vets to notice!
There are also problems on the back end.
Even if you do get enrolled at the government/state sites, you may not be covered. Many insurance providers are complaining that the overnight batch transfers of data from the healthcare sites to them have data missing, data incorrect, data incomplete, etc. for the enrollees.
So, the providers are not entering the enrollees into their systems ...
The Obama Administration is sand bagging the web site so people can't find out how astronomical the costs are going to be .
They want to keep that little secret to themselves until after ObamaCare has been funded by Congress and the budget deal is finished
