Using the National Guard? I wonder....we used to talk about Clinton using a fake Y2K emergency as an excuse to declare martial law and over-stay his second term. It was idle speculation, back than.

This guy Jarvis is a leftist hack from way back. Check out the George Wright Society, which he was on the board 1992-98 and directed in 1997-98. They published all kinds of horrible things defending & downplaying the UN takeover of the parks & federal lands.
