Another book by Caroline Kennedy about her parents/grandparents. She really knows how to get rich on their celebrity. She is not capable of actually doing anything serious. I wonder how well she will perform as the Ambassador to Japan????

Caroline wanted a Senate seat handed to her; now she expects the Presidency. Rose was an old-fashioned put-upon wife who didn’t mind her husband’s philandering as long as the money kept rolling in. She had the joy of her many children, lost two during WWII, lost two more to assassination (by the Mob), and Joseph Sr. bragged that he’d settle a million bucks on each of his kids when they turned 21 “so they could spit in my eye if they wanted to”.
It would have been better for posterity if JFK — instead of LBJ — had been the one to hurl us into Vietnam; we’d have had a steady stream of Republican presidents, and seen RFK repudiated at the ballot box in 1968. And JFK would have done it, contrary to the KennedyKoolaid-drinkers out there.

Ann Marie lived in Monaco when I knew her (I met her in Monaco) and she came to Texas to visit me and we lived in the Clear Lake area where NASA is. One evening, an astronaut came to the house and got her. I never knew how that got set up and never asked her about it as she didn’t volunteer the information. She and I toured the south of France together.
Notice how Rosemary looks totally normal as a small child?
Look at the grown up photos! She got zapped, but why?
