On twitter they are saying they’re feeling pretty noticeable aftershocks yet in Cebu City, a lot of people still standing outside, all of about only 25 minutes ago.

USGS now has the depth of the main quake at 20km....!

People outside Cebu business centers are not yet allowed inside buildings due to the Earthquake.

Also: fatalities up to 6 http://earthquake-report.com/2013/10/15/very-strong-earthquake-mindanao-philippines-on-october-15-2013/

Thank you for the update, you are right! :) It's not unusual to find that the initial measurements have changed and will probably change several more times over the next several days. For example, the initial depth had also changed earlier to 56.8 km from the time I first posted this thread.
