The sacred ground near Shanksville, Pennsylvania where 9/11 Flight 93 crashed twelve years ago after being hijacked by Islamic terrorists has been closed by the National Park Service due to the 'government shutdown.'

The petty and ghoulish Spite House strikes again: Barrycades blocking WWII vets from their memorial, denying death benefits to military families and now this. The Flight 93 National Memorial is an open field for crying out loud. I hope Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett plans on working to get the memorial reopened so people can pay their respects.

Sure it’s intentional, and anyone who doesn’t think shutting down the EBT cards this past weekend wasn’t a “Make them hurt” trial balloon, well, then they haven’t been paying attention.

Exactly. Who in their right mind would run a test of the backup system for EBT cards at 9 AM on a Saturday morning - the busiest shopping day of the week - unless it was intentional.
They will be opened up only for ‘special events’.

This is indeed ghoulish and petty and based, in the best case scenario, on spite.
