What I am saying is, bring back American businesses, to America.
Do this first.
Bring American jobs back now. Protect them, with some sort of American-centric taxes on foreign goods. High enough to start to rebuild America.
THEN worry about insurance. Right now our country is heading straight toward a huge problem: Not enough jobs.
Our unemployment rate is HIGH. Factories have shut all over America, and yet we continue to go along pretending this is somehow aok.
This is not aok.
America needs jobs. Bring back American jobs.
Yeah, because Smoot Hawley worked so well.
All we need is a protectionist trade war now. That'll really bring back jobs and make life better for the American people.
Maybe we should bring back wage and price controls too.
Plan to bring back American jobs:
1) Spam every thread with a hysterical, yet vaguely incoherent, spiel saying “bring back American jobs” several times, while interjecting the word “NOW!” liberally
2) Choose the least relevant threads on which to post this spiel
3) Repeat spiel many times during the thread, oblivious to the actual subject matter being discussed. Any response is to be answered with a variation of said spiel.
4) Repeat steps 1-3 several times per day.
5) Never actually post any actual plan, nor any acknowledgement that the issue is even remotely complex. Remember, all it takes is a politician willing to travel overseas, wrangle up the wayward jobs, and escort them home.
What is an “American” business? Corporations are global entities, shareholders are spread out throughout the globe.
I have never seen you complain about high taxes and regulations -- state, Federal and local.
The only way, the absolute only way, that jobs can return to America as you so desire is for the bureaucratic parasite class at all levels of government reduced by at least half, taxes reduced and regulations slashed by 99%.
Government is the source of ALL problems we face.
