Vet, I think that Sarah’s problem was that she had to remain quiet while personal attacks rained on her head during the campaign. Also, she had to read some idiotic script which she would never write, after her phenomenal convention speech which she DID write. They reigned her in so as to not embarrass Juan, and also to dampen enthusiasm for HER, since they knew that, like Cruz, she is the real deal. Ted suffers no such shackles.
BOTH are great leaders and treasures, but I believe that Ted is a better candidate b/c he is so cool and unflappable.
While waiting for the Atlanta subways to start up again at 5 am, I stayed at the Greyhound terminal and listened to the talking heads on CNN going psychotically overboard over Ted Cruz, doing all but chanting “Ted Cruz! Ted Cruz! Booga Booga! Ted Cruz!” and hanging and burning him in effigy. That itself suggests to me that he’s a stand-up guy.
Distinction without a difference.
I hope you are right about Cornrows. He is blanketing the airwaves with phony adds about him being a conservative. Problem is we have watched his actions not his lying mouth. I have not seen anyone step forward to challenge him as yet, but believe you me I will not vote for him again.
America's view: "Senator Cruz returns to Texas welcome after shutdown battle - 8 minute standing ovation".
The doubts from Texas Republicans invariably play out behind closed doors. They do not fear Mr. Cruzs personal wrath, but that of his supporters and the possibility of a primary fight if they criticize him. Mr. Cruz won his Senate seat by defeating one of the most powerful Republicans in Texas, Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, a victory that exposed the ideological split between moderate establishment Republicans and the younger, more aggressive and conservative movement of grass-roots activists and Tea Party supporters.
LOL! The only picture you are missing in that series is a jackass mounting an elephant.
