. . . . Back to the thread.

Roberts was blackmailed by the regime.

Even the nyt looked into this and they stopped once they found out he adopted blue eyed blonde haired kids supposedly from central America, yeah rightttt.

They were of course from his wifes family''s home town in Cork County, Ireland. He smuggled them into the states and got busted by the regime.

Check out comment, and links at # 60.

Thanks, Rodguy911.

Thanks for the Pings.

So, If I can demonstrate personal harm due to Obamacare” that was signed into law by “Obama,” does that mean I have “standing” to challenge the dude on his identity fraud involving the likely usurpation of the Executive?

The title and text of a law as passed by the House should
be a read only constant value. The Senate should be required to make their version changes as an appendix referencing
the original without alteration. The gutting practice should render the origin invalid.

These rumors have been circulating ever since the Obamacare ruling.

The problem is that there does not appear to be one shred of evidence to support the whispers, either about the adoptions themselves or about alleged blackmail.

Using Wikipedia as a source just doesn’t cut it.

The kids, at 13, are old enough now that I doubt Ireland would push to have any claim over them. The cat’s already out of the bag so what’s holding him back from claiming he signed it during duress? If he’s worried about his reputation and his wife’s, well, they’re already going down in history as slimy lawyers so speaking out could only do him good. Speaking out would also guarantee nothing evil would befall his family whereas not speaking out would always be the threat and more blackmail.

The Obamacare train wreck will soon be affecting even the low information voters.

What? Homeland Security is going to seize Obamaphones? Reduce EBT Limits? Cut Section 8 subsidies? AFDC? WIC? Free Health Care to Obamavoters?

No. The low IQ, Low Info Obamavoter is precious in the eyes of our sovereign. They will be waivered, protected, encouraged.

Ah, so any analysis that differs from your own is “enabling?”

Not at all, Larry. It's just my analysis of an analysis. Thanks for your analysis. Thanks for all of your posts on FR.

Ok. For the record-—although I didn’t post links-—this was a topic of discussion on H-CONSERV list site among academics that in fact there were solid-—if somewhat weaker-—challenges to Ocare still pending.

M16s are now obsolete.

They should pass a law, prohibiting the government from buying this, and subsidizing citizens for doing so

So what. It’s a clear violation of the Tenth Amendment. What Roberts did was declare the Tenth null and void as long as the government used taxes to enforce it’s decrees. Roberts e even had to twist things to call this a tax. Any thinking person can see that the ACA penalty doesn’t qualify as a tax. Roberts is evil or an idiot. Same goes for his defenders.

Ok, so you drifted to name calling in five sentences. No one can possibly have a different opinion than you than they are an “idiot” or “evil.” Good to know. Buh-bye.

It’s not a penalty. It’s not even a tax. What the Dems will argue is that it’s really something new— a Tenalty or a Pax

Close.

It's a Pox.

Few people are as unpopular on the right at Chief Justice John Roberts.

Might I just say, he got this unpopularity the old fashioned way:

He earned it......

Once in a great while you might get a chance to be a real life hero, Roberts can now tell his kids, family and friends what he did when his chance arrived. He totally screwed the pooch, got it so entirely wrong his name will be worse than Mudd to any future generations.

Roberts should be impeached for his decision. Impeach him and see where the cards fall.

You want Obama to be able to get a judge through a filibuster-crippled Senate NOW?

He'd appoint Van Jones, the dedicated racist communist, and we'd have to suck it.

Throwing out the Tenth Amendment isn’t good and it isn’t smart. Maybe you disagree?
