Agreed. I didn’t mean to direct anything at you, just a comment on the double-talk that pervades society.

This is why we should ignore all presidential polls until after the first debate, when the public will hear Ted Cruz speak, unfiltered, for the first time.

I think I’ll wait for elections of real candidates.

Many Republicans want Boehner out as speaker—not because they agree with the left, but because Boehner is a traitor to to the right. And they probably feel the same way about many of the other GOP Representatives.

I think the wording of the polls is important, too. If someone asked me if I thought the Republican Party was doing a good job, I’d say definitely not. If they asked me if Rep. Boehner should be removed as Speaker of the House, I’d say definitely yes.

My level of dissatisfaction with Republicans in D.C. is nearly as high as my contempt for all things Democrat. One party seeks to fundamentally transform America. The other only seeks to tweak the fundamental transformation on the periphery (and they couldn’t even get THAT!).

“..Most people haven’t begun to get a taste of Obamacare...”

:::::::::::

Very true. The fools and half-wits that elected Obama (twice) think that what is happening right now is “Obamacare”. Far from it. What they are too self-absorbed and ignorant to realize is that Obamacare is NOT ABOUT HEALTHCARE. The informed know it is about GOVERNMENT TAKEOVER, Marxist style, of America, and crushing the Constitution. Power and control — the radical, far-left agenda since BEFORE Obama was elected the first time. Nothing has changed.

Just look at Obama’s progress. He has the Congress and the Supreme Court. What else does he need except control over you. Enter stage left....the horror story called Obamacare. Deja Vu - Germany - the 1930s.

So those who watch the Communist News Network disapprove of the Republicans right now? Shouldn't that be considered GOOD news for Republicans?
If the CNN viewers don't like the Republicans, that means the Republicans are trying to do the right thing. They need to keep doing it.

First, it’s CNN and second, they probably oversampled leftists and low information (shudder) “voters”.

Poll results directly reflects the TV news and mainstream liberal media and it shapes opinion. Nothing else. This is not going to change any time soon.

FOX is absolutely little help and conservatives own nothing in proportion to the Left, who has Soros if they bump their little nose.

We plow ahead regardless and by the grace of God
stand up, no matter what.

Obamarama’s numbers are cr@p especially if you consider ALL the people polled work for CNN.

I agree with this poll. The Republicans should not be in control CONgress. But neither should the Democrats. Both of these corrupt parties have ruined the country. Why would anyone think they could fix anything.

If the Tea Party were in charge, that would be a different story.

The problem with the global economy is too much damn government interference. A good government is one that has very little impact on national or global economy. It doesn’t lift up or tear down people or business based on the political causes dujour.

The whole national park debacle should have indicated for everyone the folly of centralized government. If all national parks were funded and managed by states they’d operate regardless of the federal government. The vast majority of government functions should be de-federalized and returned to the states.

Junk poll as it isn't the critical Likely Voters, but:

The poll was conducted for CNN by ORC International, with 841 adults nationwide questioned by telephone. The survey's overall sampling error is plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.

This is a bunch of knuckleheads that don't vote, likely CNN's entire viewing audience.

RE: I agree with this poll. The Republicans should not be in control CONgress.

Well, if those polled are opposed to GOP control of Congress, did they ask those polled whether they prefer Democrat control of Congress?

As a side note to the GOP's RINO popularity problems, CNN pollsters are likely never going to ask people if they know about the federal government's constitutionally limited powers.

So more people oppose Obama presidential control than GOP House control. (Even though many GOP opponents want more conservative representation.)
