That number understates the reality. If you toss out the needle sharers and look only at HIV cases that are sexually transmitted, homosexuals probably account for over 95% of HIV cases.
Women don't transfer the virus very efficiently to men. So, any man that only has sex with women and doesn't do IV drugs, has almost no chance of contracting HIV. Any woman who avoids sex with bisexuals (easier said than done if you are promiscuous) also has almost no chance of contracting HIV.
I suppose a true lesbian would really, really be unlikely to contract HIV.

I don’t know...I searched google and bing for the term “msm” and in 5 pages on both sites, I saw a couple of references to this CDC article and too many to count regarding Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM).
I saw one reference to Urban Dictionary regarding MSM (mainstream media) on google within the 5 pages, but none on bing.
