I was at that airport ~11:30pm Sunday night... (2 days ago)

The place was deader than a doornail
It could be The Second Coming
and not be noticed

0300 and dense fog. All the runway camera caught was a blur and a fireball.

The small, single-engine Cessna-172 crashed sometime after 3 a.m., killing the pilot, according to National Transportation Safety Board spokesman Peter Knudson. The crash was reported to Nashville emergency crews shortly after 9 a.m.

As someone who flies in and out of Nashville quite often from and to LAX, I had to laugh at this. If the Nashville airport truly was international the airport would at least be populated at 3 AM and someone would have noticed. (Shaking head.)
