You are not alone... 80% increase on what is purchased above and beyond the cafeteria allotment. The question begs, did said employer have the smarts to change the plans to = the qualified plan model in 2010, or will the potential conformal change skyrocket the cost even more when this hits Employer Mandate Plan(s) next year I believe...
