Eckert's attorney, Shannon Kennedy, said in an interview with KOB that after law enforcement asked him to step out of the vehicle, he appeared to be clenching his buttocks. Law enforcement thought that was probable cause to suspect that Eckert was hiding narcotics in his anal cavity. While officers detained Eckert, they secured a search warrant from a judge that allowed for an anal cavity search.

I nearly got in a gunfight with cops on my ranch -— no clue they were cops. Car unmarked. Pulled up with AR-15s and whatever pointed at me.
They were allegedly chasing “drug smugglers,” but probably just poaching elk and being dick heads.
You’d figure the first x-ray would’ve been enough. That’s just cruel and sick.

Just because improper enforcement of a law takes place does not mean it’s a bad law. The same way that terrorism is illegal but that doesn’t justify recording everything every American says in private.
