Republican operatives want to help establishment candidates fend off tea party challenges with a new weapon: unlimited cash.

Consultants and attorneys—including the co-founder of the pro-Mitt Romney super PAC—are laying the groundwork or have already filed paperwork for dozens of super PACs organized to support individual candidates running next year.

The effort is the biggest re-evaluation of the Republican Party’s outside money strategy since the dawn of the super PAC era—bringing traditional big dollar donors into the primary races that pulled the party in a direction that alienated those donors in the first place. …

yup, gear em up. Don’t care. If we have to totally destroy the GOP politically to get rid of the infestation of stealth liberals and Rinos than so be it.

Excellent strategy for losing elections..........
My franchise is valuable to me. I will no longer waste it or diminish it by voting for the lesser of two evils or anyone not a conservative.

“The prime targets for this sort of a strategy are incumbents that expect a primary election challenge,”

Is that so?

One suspects that (so long as we have good, solid primary candidates, and no more Todd Akin whackos) we will out raise, and out spend RINO candidates in primaries, especially where amnesty for illegal aliens is at issue, and especially beginning with the soon-to-be-former-senator Lindsey Graham.

Based on the results Karl Rove got in 2012 I’m unclear as to why anyone would send him cash to influence an election when they could just flush that money down their toilet and get identical results.

The only thing that makes any sense to me is that maybe some of these folks are afraid of clogging up their toilets.

Here's a novel idea: use the money to defeat the Communists Democrats. Worry about who controls the levers of power AFTER wresting them from the likes of Obama, Pelosi and Reid.

Douchbags!

Well, they have obviously been watching the results of the MSM media spreading the Democrats platform and see the writing on the wall...

They seem to think that going along with Democrats is the way to power. Yes, it is a suicide tactic but they will will that battle - heh.

Yep, suicide.

They really do not care about winning the general elections anymore.

Maybe we should just let them win.... and disappear in the 2014 elections

Exactly! The more the GOP-E fights, the more motivated people like I am are to get out there, pound the pavement and build the Tea Party.

It's time they (GOP-E) got their walking papers. I'm more than willing to sacrifice an election cycle to see the likes of Juan McCain, Snitch McConnell, Limp Writed Lindsey Graham and their ilk out of office. High time they were retired IMO.

Its not the conservative Republicans that fear the Tea Party. Its the RINOs that pretend to be Rs to get elected that are going to launch attacks, if at all .

They are not the party.

We are the party.

They are our elected representatives. There are some big organizations with lobbyists and special interests that have lots of money. But we, the citizens have the votes.
The job now is to get out the information.
