Maybe the reason that people view bin Laden as a "hateful Muslim" is because he murdered 3,000 U.S. citizens on September 11, 2001.

Why is the school agreeing with the Muslim student instead of defending the freedom of expression of the students in the costumes?

So, Mahroh. If you dislike the United States so much, why did you — or was it your parents? — come here?

I marvel at the chutzpah of moslems who profess to hate the west in general, and the United States in particular, yet come over in droves. Since they hate us so much, and clearly do not want to assimilate, they must be coming for another, insidious reason. And I think we know what that is.

‘dirty paki’??? Seriously?
Interesting, American frat boys in the Midwest using British slang.

Camel jockey, dune coon, haji, Jackie the Iraqi, Arab (pronounced “A”-rab), Jawas, bad guys, goat humpers, sand n***ers, etc etc. the slurs used by grunts are endless, entertaining, usually racial rather than political... But what American calls them a “Paki”?

That’d be about as American as referring to a Pakistani as “Asian”. The girl is making my Pinocchio meter register some lies.

Apparently, Jahangiri had no coments about the treatment of Christians in Pakistan and other Moslem majority nations.

The only reasons the Muslim student would be offended are if she (1) admired Bin Laden and (2) viewed him as a representative Muslim.

from Wiki

“Paki, a derogatory term for a person from South Asia (particularly Pakistan), mainly used in the United Kingdom”

I didn’t realize St Louis was so culturally British. My bloomer, don’t I feel the prat? Gobsmacked I am.

There will never be enough antipathy for Islam in this country to suit me. No Muslim will ever be my countryman. I’ll never trust one...ever. Islam is the mortal enemy of Western civilization and has been for nearly fourteen centuries. There will never be a peaceful coexistence.

What this student has confirmed is that Osama is actually mainstream Islam, not the fringe minority they want us to believe. He is a valid, valued, model example of a Mooselimb, and that is why she is offended, and the faculty agrees. So can we stop pretending now that there is any difference between her, Osama and all the others?

The picture was taken in what appears to be an attic which most likely wasn’t a university owned building. So, the university shouldn’t have any say on the subject. If Miss OBL doesn’t like America, she’s free to take the next plane back to Pakistan.

Surely Ms. Jahangiri does not see herself and fellow Muslims as having anything in common with that violent apostate from TROP (tm), the late Osama Bin Laden.

Surely she feels great relief that he will no longer threaten her country and fellow citizens with terrorist attacks.

Surely.

Halloween 1967 Husband was in VN. My sister invited me to the local Church Halloween Party. He had been gone only 30 days and lots of emotions were flowing. The Youth Leader dressed up as a VC. I was horrified and found a excuse to leave. Will never forget it but have shared with no one except Him. Life is Harsh sometimes. People just looking for excuses to be offended. Get over it, other people has rights also. She came to America land of the free. Mrs easternsky

2012 Social Change Grant Recipients

Stern Social Change Grant

Project Description: A diagnosis of cancer imposes tremendous encumbrances on people of any age—physically, mentally, and economically. However, for young children, it can be particularly lonely and isolating. Until 1999, in Egypt, inadequate medical facilities and access further burdened patients, lowering the overall cancer survival rates to half of those in developed western countries. To address these issues, as a second‐grader in Egypt, Ayah helped fundraise for the newly emerging Children’s Cancer Hospital Egypt (CCHE). Since then, the foundation has worked to narrow health inequalities by offering free access to high quality treatments. To give back to a community that is very dear to our hearts, we propose establishing a sustainable schoolroom program that will allow child patients to continue their disrupted education while playing, expressing their feelings, and gaining confidence. We will work closely with the hospital’s Volunteer Services Director who will help us ground the schoolroom as a staple in CCHE’s future.

During WWII, we put the Japanese in temporary internment camps because we were at war with the Japs. Maybe it’s time we did the same with the muslims in this country.
