WASHINGTON - President Obama will allow insurance companies to continue offering individual health plans that do not meet the standards of the Affordable Care Act through next year, according to a Democratic source on Capitol Hill familiar with the plans.
The plan, which the president will announce Thursday morning, is intended to placate millions of consumers who have received cancellation notices from insurers in recent weeks. Obama had repeatedly promised that consumers would be able to keep plans that they liked.
The president was under intense pressure from Democrats on Capitol Hill to find a fix. House Democrats have increasingly threatened to support a Republican proposal due for a vote Friday. And Democratic senators have offered their own legislative fixes.

The next step is the abolition of Congress because since the people now have Obama as their king, Congress serves no useful purpose and the money allocated to it can now be applied the reducing the National Debt or toward supporting the people’s king in the manner he is used to.
So a President can now create, change, amend, ignore or provide his own exemptions from acts of Congress...

Change laws whenever he wants.
Ignore laws whenever he wants.
Congress passes a law and the President signs it into law.
The Great Dictator then pronounces the law delayed, modified, changed, and in general ignored.
None of the Republican leadership wonders whether this is a Presidential Power.

Obama does not have the authority to do this as he did not have the authority to give some companies and unions exemptions. Those policies have been canceled. They no longer exist.
This is political Cover Your Ass. When the insurance companies do not renew the discontinued policies he will wage a political war of rhetoric against the Insurance Companies. Their game plan is, “its not my fault.”
That's what I figured -- months to do it.
In the meantime people's plans are expiring.
