No expertise or knowledge at nuclear weapons, nuclear plants, or the materials required to make them work.
It’d be asking Chris Christie to come in and fix up the NFL today....no background or expertise, period. Or you asking your barber to come over and note the timing to your pick-up and if the transmission is about to fail.
If the story turns true....France will laugh this off for years. No Senator will approve such a treaty done this way.
