Whoopi’s an idiot but her comparison is way off. This website is far more complex than any ready-made website that you throw together in 10 minutes without knowledge of HTML, javascript and the dozens of other languages that go into a website with huge databases in remote locations.

They are now talking about ditching the web site and having the insurers handle things. This means that the web site would only require links to the insurers web sites. In that regard a 4 year old might well be able to handle that.

Yes, anyone can design a web site with point and click options and a shopping cart... there are already templates for this. The hard part is syncing up all the information with the IRS, NSA, and FBI databases.
Truth is he is an idiot. Just writing a regular computer program for a medium size business takes a lot of work. But to write one as complicated and huge as Obamacare is ridiculously difficult. And then, to try to integrate it throughout a nationwide medical system is just impossible.
