Three individuals have just saved 300 million lives in the past 2 weeks. They saved the 90% of the population that would be dead if Bathhouse Barry had not been stopped from using 3 nuclear devices against the American populace. 2 Army Generals and 1 Navy Admiral, whose duties included the safeguarding and oversight of the nuclear arsenal. In the condominium complex in Casa Grande, Arizona, where I have a unit, a visit was made yesterday by a group of 4 men in a black Suburban with lots of antenna’s on the roof. The management of our large group of condo’s was asked to open the door of my unit. The badges were a combination of many different alphabet agencies including my former one. Interesting because after I posted about EMP’s and missing nukes my phone rang late in the evening and I was requested to cease and desist. My posts have been removed. I am not however repentant, nor cowed. If anything like this happens again I have instructed people to begin the release of documents and information as per prepared plans in the hands of these people. A quick search on the internet latter and you can indeed find three Military Men that dealt in Nuclear Arms dismissed in October. Major General Michael Carey and Vice Admiral Tim Giardina (fired amidst rumors of misbehavior involving alcohol and gambling) were both released, then a third one from the Pacific that never made it home. There was also a sizable earth quake off the coast of South Carolina that Russia Claims was an underwater explosion of an American Thermal Nuclear Device.

Most any nuclear device delivers a EMP pulse. The space based type, (I have only seen imaginative drawings) are constructed with a lens or focal magnifier, like a shaped charge that increases the effectiveness and focuses the pulse.
That is not what that rather unusual story was speaking of. In my view, a tactical EMP would be air detonated at specific attitude and altitude delivering a emp pulse over a area determined by the size of the warhead...(just a guess but a 75-100 mile effective area would be achievable with a smallish warhead because the pulse will travel along the grids in the area affected...the delivery could be done by a aircraft or missile. Most likely a aircraft. IMO...Just conjecture here...I have no inside info on current capabilities. Just have a lot of common sense.
Since the 1980s, when the Canadian grid went down because of a solar CME , we in the electrical field have been instituting new electrical codes to deal with magnetic interferences. Not done specifically for EMP's but done for CME's from the sun.
Surge protections have come a long way since the 1989 event.

All that said, I made the statement on this thread that I thought the damages inferred by the story were widely exaggerated. I think that is largely due to Hollywood and their oft times ridiculous movies about a EMP Armageddon.
But is there is any truth to the rest of the story and there does seem to be some dots connected here, then a destructive event of that nature is not required...three tactical devices air detonated in the right places would have little radioactivity dangers but would substantially damage the power infrastructures (transformers) in three selected areas to the point that it could take over a year to repair and would require major re locations while that is being done of potentially millions of people.
Your guess is as good as mine, if there is substance to aspects of this story. Frankly I find it interesting and appalling at the same time. I also see enough truth in it to want to know more.

This was supposed to have occurred on or about August 8th, during the shutdown. There would not be a lot of people involved. Potentially less than a dozen or so and they may not have even known what part they were playing... Plus the officers that were relived/fired. Easy to control that sort of thing...IMO. But eventually people with parts of the story will talk and maybe the entire story will emerge....someday....maybe, but I doubt it..
Perhaps a enterprising individual will investigate it....I guess that remains to be seen...but it sure looks like some event occurred....which I don’t find to be surprising. That is not to say that I buy this entire scenario.
For example, I would wonder why a device would be detonated at sea..Why not deep six it in the trench...for example..why detonate it..why not bring it back or whatever...Might have been the only way.....hard to determine that or if it happened at all..

Something that’s been nagging me is the ammunition contract made with a fake company in, iirc, Arkansas. At the time, I chalked it up to that money going into someone’s wallet. Now I’m leaning more to that and many other contracts are a means of covering up what the money actually bought.
I’m thinking they won’t put it out that the family will be on vacation until after the incident.
