Mary Snellings has huge Republican support in LA; many are disaffected with “Republican” Governor “Common Core” Jindal and will support their Mary again.
You can smell the desperation from here. Too bad the Republican leadership can’t take advantage of all the stumbling, bumbling, and scrambling the Democrats are doing. If they were interested in anything beyond protecting their careers they’d be clobbering the Democrats right now.
Penance is a good place to start, but it is too little, too late. Hope she and all the turncoats spend a good year freaking out and then pack their offices and go home. Time for the conservatives to run the show like grown-ups.

I am sure she is THRILLED to pay $1,000 a month for Insurance she used to pay a couple hundred a month for. It is nice that her $170K per year salary plus her husbands income allows her the opportunity to chose a plan that most Louisianans could never afford to purchase as $1,000 a month is more than most of their mortgage payments.

Great points. In orther words, she will do NOTHING to repeal this turkey but will show her solidarity with the unwashed masses by wallowing with us in the misery that is ObummerCare until after November 2014, when she decides to jump back to her gold-plated senator’s plan.

The only thing that worries me is that she should’ve been beaten last time around. Will we be able to overcome all of the ‘dead vote’and other voting corruption that goes on in this state?

Yep. We warned her - I warned her about obamacare. She just wrote back these canned responses that really added up to - tough, I’m voting for obamacare and that is that! Well, we warned her to start packing but she thought she was going to bring home all this money to the state and we would be grateful! WRONG! Obamacare affected the whole country and bringing home money to Louisiana when our country was going to suffer was not acceptable. So, bye bye to Landrieu. Hope she NEVER holds another political office in her lifetime.
