Kerry appeared in a short video explaining he "drove a very hard bargain" with Iranian negotiators to effectively set back their nuclear ambitions, The Hill reports.

I read the restrictions portion of the document. First it’s all just an agreement, there’s nothing that prevents them from ignoring the treaty altogether. They’ll get santions lifted, benefit economically, the people will love the government and then they’ll either continue enriching or pay North Korea to enrich their uranium. The restrictions do not explicitly include language that prohibits them from engaging a third party.

After reading it, the last line should have been something like:
IRANIAN DIPLOMAT:"Well, I know I shouldn't, but...I guess in the interest of a better world, I agree to your demands. You drive a very hard bargain!" (shakes hands with Kerry)
Even the pre-schoolers were busting a gut on this one by Kerry-Heinz.
