A cancer patient, who publicly discussed the cancellation of his insurance under ObamaCare, now says he has been informed by the Internal Revenue Service that he is going to be audited.
Bill Elliot appeared on Fox News on November 7th to discuss the cancellation of his insurance. He claims he was told that his cancer was considered “beyond the catastrophic previous condition” and his plan was being canceled because of ObamaCare regulations.
Elliot, who has Stage 4 cancer, informed viewers he wasn’t going to pay the $1,500 a month for the new plan being offered, preferring not to burden his family and to “let nature take it’s course.”
"So, Monday I got a certified letter. I didn't my mail until late, so this past Tuesday I went and picked it up. Lo and behold, it's from the IRS saying, "You're going to be audited for the tax year of 2009."

I wish there was a chronological list of every time this has happened and to whom and relative to when they did the ridiculing compared to time of audit
I keep seeing these kinds of stories and would like to see a list like that.
If Americans ever get their government back, the first thing we need to do is clean out these ‘RATS nests.
They are auditing his insurance broker too. The broker called the insurance company and somehow got the policy reinstated. Now we have two more being audited for making One Big Ass Mistake America look bad.
The IRS agent who shows up might also get something terminal too.
No, when we get our government back from the welfare socialists we need to clean out the “rats nests.” It is far past time to purge this kind of thinking and actions our of our government. We will reestablish honor, respect, honesty , and nonpolitical fairness in the administration of our government.
Mr. Elliot needs to tell the IRS to take a flying freak at a rolling donut. Hell, he’s dying of cancer - If it were me, I’d take a whole team of Fed bureaucrats out with me.
EXACTLY my position as well...
When I read stories like this, I have to fight an evil urge to go Hannibal Lector on some government workers.
Then I pray and the urge is gone.
